Tackling the Roots: Exploring Effective Remedies Against Irregular Migration

Migration is a global reality driven by a complex mix of factors—poverty, conflict, unemployment, climate change, and the pursuit of better opportunities. While migration itself isn't inherently negative, irregular or forced migration often leads to dangerous journeys, exploitation, and instability. To address it effectively, we must go beyond border control and focus on sustainable, long-term solutions that empower individuals to thrive in their own communities. From creating economic opportunities and improving education, to strengthening governance and investing in youth empowerment, the real remedies lie in addressing the root causes that push people to leave in the first place.

To do this, you just need to have
Ingredients
- About 20 to 30 g of lemon leaves

- About thirty cloves

*How to proceed!?*
Infuse these two ingredients (cloves and lemon leaves) in a liter of boiling water.

*Dosage*
Let cool and take three cups a day (morning, noon and evening) before meals.

NB: This recipe is not recommended in case of menstruation or pregnancy, as well as for children under 2 years old.
