This sweet treat is a nostalgic nod to childhood summers, but with a grown-up twist. Layers of ice cream sandwiches, fluffy whipped topping, gooey chocolate syrup, and your favorite crunchy or colorful toppings—it’s a celebration in every bite!
Ingredients
- 12 ice cream sandwiches (any flavor you love!)
- 1 tub of whipped topping (8 oz)
- 1 cup of chocolate syrup
- 1 cup of sprinkles (optional – for that funfetti flair)
- 1 cup of crushed cookies (optional – Oreos, chocolate chips, or graham crackers all work)
Instructions

Layer It Up:
Arrange 6 ice cream sandwiches in a single layer in the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish. You may need to cut a few to fit the shape of your pan. -
Whip It Good:
Spread half the whipped topping evenly over the sandwiches. -
Drizzle & Sprinkle:
Pour half the chocolate syrup over the whipped layer. Sprinkle on half of your sprinkles or crushed cookies if you're using them. -
Repeat the Magic:
Add a second layer of ice cream sandwiches, followed by the remaining whipped topping, chocolate syrup, and more toppings. -
Freeze Time:
Cover the dish with foil or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the cake is firm enough to slice cleanly. -
Serve & Smile:
Cut into squares, serve cold, and soak up the compliments!
